You could buy CDs directly from the bands' websites (some of them take paypal, although, idk if you can use paypal w/o a credit card. Hm.). Or go to a record store or even a big box store (like Target) and buy CDs there! If you're feeling guilty about not paying for music, or not having a way to pay for it without a credit card.
