You know, yours might just be one of the longest friendships I've been lucky enough to acquire here. You're funny and loyal and a fabulous mother and wonderful writer; you've borne so much stress and difficulty in your life with a grace and strength I always admire, and still you find the room and energy to care about everyone else.
