Hmm.
So, I take an exam tomorrow. For the first time in my life, I am convinced that I will not pass. No, really. I know all the arguments - you don't know that, you have a chance, it's all in your head (the material and the worries) but no, really. It's true. There's no way I can pass this. But that's ok. I took a really difficult course - one of the hardest they offer - without sufficient preparation or background. This stuff is very difficult, and my head is just refusing to take things in. Yeah, it makes me feel inadequate, but I'm trying not to think about that. So, I made a mistake in taking this class. What can you do. Live and learn.
Of course, I can't help but think of what Oscar Wilde said:
"Experience has no ethical value. It is simply the name people give to their mistakes."
Indeed.
