The characterization of a lot of it seems so completely off and it bothers me a lot. I'm not saying you need to write the comics versions even but just get it closer to what was portrayed in the movie. So much of the characterization seems like it was decided before the movie came out and with no research at all except watching trailers. Which is fine? But it doesn't lend to writing characters I recognize.

Also Black Widow HAS A PERSONALITY. She's not just a lethal killing machine, she occasionally makes jokes, reacts to humor, experiences fear and uncertainty. And Cap would be baffled by tech sure but he'd pick it up reasonably quickly, as he's very smart and a lot of tech is intuitive. In fact, we see him using tech in the movie!
