I remember Bally doing this a while ago, and I thought it was a very cool idea. This post is going to be me telling all of you what I think about you. Ah, yes, get ready... (See Liz rub her hands together and cackle.)



In no particular order...

aneli8 - I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, dear! (Whips out ready-made map) You are bright, fun, a great writer (I still think about that "hell" story of yours, and shiver each time) and very talented where adobe photoshop is concerned. ;) And I can call you "dorogaya" and you'll know what I mean! Don't forget your copy of "BOTR"...kidding. ;)

arborealis - oh, what can I say!.. If there's one thing that I'm regretting about going to England is that we won't get to meet at the big summit, but, really...David. David. You are wonderful. I can't believe how lucky it is that we started talking - and how amazing it's been. AND you are the one that recommended "At Swim Two Boys", for which I will forever be grateful. :) I'm rooting for you, too, babe. ;) Go out and get 'em at Yale! What cheer, eh?

ballyharnon ::cackle:: Oh, boy, have you got a present coming for me...ooooh, yes, thank you for that. And for being a wonderful and inspiring writer. And for Angel. And for letting me draw him. And for being cool, in general. And, of course, for starting a topic on the boys' equipment. I'm still laughing about that...

cabari - Allison! You are intelligent, fun, funny, sarcastic, cynical and strange - and very very cool. And also you have this ability to say what I'm thinking a hundred times better... You're also just a generous person, which is wonderful. You rock.

magoo42 - the summits certainly were fun, weren't they? You're my fellow R/S advocate and someone that I can run to when someone else steps all over my favorite ship. You're also friendly and interesting to talk to. :)

mapletide - Ah, one of the semi-old-school SBRL people, and one of my favorite writers. :) You're adorable, and often say exactly what I'm thinking, which is fun (besides being a bit freaky...) And I love that you have made a new world from the world presented to us - that takes a lot of imagination, and I'm very jealous. :)

maybethemoon - First of all, fellow Tom Waits fan! And your daily does of cynicism and sarcasm is often needed. Your random entries crack me up beyond belief. And I'm just so glad that I'm not the only one who finds "[enter gem name here] pools" for "eyes" cheesy as all hell.

meiko_belle - You really make me laugh. You do. And "Sonnet 17", back when I read it in February (whoa) immediately became one of my favorite fluff stories. I actually recommended it on the SBRL list before you came there...hehe...

percy_weatherby - The Snarky One. *bows* Remember, hair is good. You're not a man otherwise. *g* Seriously, thank you for brightening my days by e-licking me and e-snuggling with me when I need it. Believe it or not, it actually helps. And I adore your art. I will have to beg for more sometime soon... Don't conform, ever. Oh, and, um, nice wand...

rainy_days - I don't know you that well, but I do know that you've been around SBRL forever, and are always very sweet with your feedback. :) I hope to get to know you better in the future. :)

remuslover - Ni! We haven't heard from you much lately, I do hope you're all right!.. I've missed you. You're simply a wonderful human being. You're sweet and caring and funny and smart - and don't give yourself enough credit where English is concerned. Believe me, it's GOOD. And your comments on different stories often echo what I think as well, which is kinda cool. :)

sekhmet2 - Oh, where to begin...I don't know how I can fit it all in a relatively small space, but Linda - Linda, I don't know what I would have done without you these past few months. I was so sad when you couldn't make it to visit me earlier this month, because I knew it would have been simply wonderful. You are my twin, I firmly believe that now. You are a friend, a fellow Rickman-lover, a fellow Remus-lover, a fellow R/S-lover, just a fellow everything. Thank you for always being there for me, no matter how crazy your life is (esp. where a certain imp from hell is concerned...hehe). And for understanding me better than I do myself, sometimes.

siresin - I don't know you very well, but I just have to comment on the fact that your name is Tali. My best friend is Tali, and that just makes you very cool. Besides, you obviously like slash and R/S, which makes you very cool in my mind. ;)

skylark97 - I don't know you well yet, but, like I said before, your writing blew me away. I respect anyone who can "blow me away", because I'm very picky. And your recent comment cemented something in my head, for which I thank you. You are very wise, it seems.

soupytwist - Katie! *random hugs* Another fellow Quiller! How about I just list things, randomly? R/S, Stephen Fry, Douglas Adams, England, general goodwill towards mankind - you make me think of all these things. You're sweet, adorable and know how to brighten up anyone's day. You're smart and, well, wonderful. :) I hope to make it to the summit when I make it over the pond, so beware... ;)

taelonmahal - we've only just "met" but you seem like a fun person. :) Besides, you agree that Alan Rickman is hot, and that's awesome. I, obviously, won't rest until the whole world is in agreement, but it's so good to know that at least half the world is on my side. ;)

And, even though you are not an LJ user, I am listing you, because you make me happy...

Jadis. Dude. I still owe you an email, but this will be a preview - you are fucking awesome. You are incredibly interesting and fun to talk to - you don't hold back and you just say it, and I love that. I feel like I can tell you pretty much anything and you won't flinch. :) Your understanding of, well, everything astounds me. You rock. You really do.

(Well, actually, it's page 8, and we still haven't gotten there... Blame them. Really. I thought it would be short and sweet, but noooooo, Sirius had other ideas - and Remus is just as pissed off as I am, believe me. But I'll whip 'em into shape. Oh, yes, will I ever...)

as I read this yesterday, I can honestly say this has made my days... I feel so loved.

so the only way to really respond is to tell what I really think of you. since I don't have a LJ of my own... it will have to happen here.

you amaze me. not only for the obvious reasons (writing, drawing, singing, brilliance, etc.) but mostly because you are insightful, honest and introspective. you are one of the few, the truly gifted, who is able to look at themselves and their situation and see not only the good but also the things you would like to change. Most people go through their lives without ever really thinking about a damned thing other than their jobs and houses and material concerns. They just run on autopilot and try not to hurt themselves. you will never be one of those people. you are infinitely above them. It took me at least until I was 24 to get anywhere near as knowledgeable of and honest with my self as you are now. you are *so* fucking ahead of the game. and of course, you rock.
