Merry Christmas!

Since my family does absolutely nothing on Christmas Eve, and I have been admirably keeping up my not doing anything useful this break except for helping my parents with some domestic stuff, I have been - you guessed it - playing around with Photoshop. I am, if looked from an outsider's perspective, a total geek and loser at the moment. However, I'm having fun. So I don't care. (Except for that guilty feeling of being completely useless at the moment. I'm going outside tomorrow, and that's final.)

Anyway. I made up two Christmas cards - again, induced by guilt. I couldn't send out Christmas cards this year, and I do feel horrible about that, especially considering how many wonderful cards I've gotten from some of you. (Thank you, lizzieluthor, doctoraicha, snoopypez, dinosaurcostume, rochefort and zsenya and arabe1la!)

So, I made cards here, to put up for everybody. I know that it's a "blanket" card, but I did spend an inordinate amount of time on it (much to my discredit, ahem), so can you ever forgive me?

As you can tell, my Photoshop skills are a bit lacking at the moment, but I'm getting there.

I made more icons, too. For instance, I needed an Eowyn icon. I have realized that I do, in fact, have a crush on Miranda Otto. She just kicked so much ass in these films. And she's absolutely gorgeous.

I finally got to see the Queer Eye Holiday Reunion, and realized what it is that I love so much about that show (besides TedTedTedTed, can he cook for me, please?) - it's the togetherness, and fun, and real desire to help people. They seem so wonderful, and they have such a great time together. And, wow, Adam! I was so impressed with him, what a good man. Generally, very warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

Ohh, nice. How do you do the whole grid thing? I love how it looks... Yay! Photoshop rocks. And so does Eowyn. She is just...so beautiful. *sigh*
