lovely drabbles, all of them, but the ASTB one made me cry. Really. It brought tears to my eyes, tears for MacEmm, but most of all tears for Jim and Doyler's love.
The last part? Jim Mack and Doyler Doyle. Somewhere, in the Irish sea, the blue, gray, silent sea, their ghosts still swept the waves, their love still haunted the wind, their spirits still swam against the tide.
And his shadow still lurked among the rocks, crouching and hiding, in shame, in prison, in love.
Oh God.
btw, I don't know if you've seen it, but I wrote a drabble myself, a tribute to ASTB. Not really an ASTB drabble, but one with references. Lots of, actually. You can find it Nightswimming.
Another pair of Irish boys, but swimming all the same.
