That's two now.
So, I had this weekend all planned out - go to my sister's, celebrate her birthday, pick up stuff I need to get my passport with, show her the dress I got for her wedding... And now the car has broken down. Again.
Damn the man.
Of course, it had to friggin' break down at the end of the week, like last time, so we wouldn't be able to get it fixed on time! ahsdjadjfkshfkjsherie!!
So, I still have to see my sister, because I absolutely have to get my passport. I'm going to end up paying for a train ticket - and possibly carrying my dress in that horrid Macy's bag all over the bloody subway.
I. Hate. Car. Trouble.
Sam isn't too happy with it, either. After all, it's his car. He has to go home, too, and for him, it's even farther. Poor boy.
On the plus side, I finally posted Jadis' request fic. She is an entirely bad influence on me, and I'm loving every minute of it. ;) Hey, who says that fun PWP is a bad thing? I surely don't. I enjoy a good NC-17 story as much as the next slasher.
Anna continues to astound me with her Photoshop abilities. Ego-stroking aside, her photo manipulations are absolutely stunning. And I am now thoroughly convinced that Daniel Day Lewis needs to be playing Sirius!.. The man is gorgeous!.. For Remus, I am still not entirely convinced. ::dodges rotten tomatoes:: The thing is, I used to have a huge crush on Ralph Fiennes, but there is something about him that bothers me - he has a sort of a weak chin... I can't explain it. But it stands out like a sore thumb to me. He's still gorgeous, though. My God, those eyes!... Rrrrowwr.
And of course, the fact that she used a quote from my fic was a very nice surprise, indeed. Very nice surprise.

It finally rained today. And not just rain - pouring sheets of water with lots of thunder and huge lightning kind of rain. It was fantastic. Still is, especially now that I'm sitting at home, dry and warm.
And I shall be off now, lest I put anyone else to sleep...
::goes off to join boyfriend in slumberland::
