Hi. I'm Clueless. I friended you because I loved your DS fic and your comments on my other friends' posts were really interesting. Your love of Ray and your view of the DS characters in general were so similar to my own I got the feeling we may possibly share a brain.

Once I got to know you, I kind of fell crazy in love with you. In a non-dangerous, sane, unstalkery way. After you wrote me M!S!F!, well, now I think the only way to get rid of me is to ~~kill~~ well, defriend me, I guess.

Um, I think I already did the drunken introduction thing.

So this is the "uncaffeinated introduction" thing, which is way more scary. On alcohol, I am funny and giggly and affectionate. I also have languid arms (of the noodly variety) and discuss Aeschylus at great length. On lack of caffeine? REALLY, REALLY grumpy. And possibly non-verbal.

And yes. It was the fic. Specifically "The distances between". Which made me cry and then re-read it about 50 times. Then I saw that you have a livejournal and I might possibly get MORE fic, and SOONER! So I friended you.

I used to read a lot of porn (like literotica and nifty type porn). Then I read some due South porn/fic. And I thought, "Hey, this stuff is cooler than usual porn, because the characters are neat and you can read lots of porn (and interesting fic that isn't necessarily porny) with the same characters." That was pleasing, because characterization in porn is usually very, very bad.

So I started reading a lot of due South porn/fic (I later learned this behavior was known as "lurking"). Eventually I decided to join lj and see if I could participate in this neat DS fic/porn universe. Once I did I immediately friended a bunch of people whose fic I'd enjoyed (that's where friending you comes in) so I could a) see how their neat, shiny brains worked, and b) read their fic as soon as possible.

Then it totally took over my brain.
