Heheh, thank you! And yes, I'm pretty sure you'd be able to get in Switzerland - I know that David got it in Stockholm, in Sweden, so it's possible. You could always order it from amazon.co.uk, too... It's pretty cheap as a paperback. And, obviously, I'm all for you getting it. ;) Heh. Thanks again!
