On...hmmm... *ponders*
Oh, wait, we weren't speaking of the meaning of life?
Anywho...first things first. This is very funny. So, remember the book club? I was right. One non-reader confesses. Teehee... The whole situation was rather humorous, after I got over being pissed off that no one finished The Book. The three guys that were there all sat across from me with guilty looks on their faces. I had my arms crossed. I believe I may have accidentally given off the Snape Glare of Death. Oops. At least I know I can! Ha! Ah, well. At least you people have read it. *pets her lovely people*
And speaking of you people...
Wow. Yesterday. Ummm. Thank you. Yeah. I shall here and now attempt to answer, somewhat... (more or less incoherently)
Jaime - Someday, I think Liz will be the official spokesperson for At Swim. ;)
Someday? ;) Oh, official, right... Well, let's see when Mr. O'Neill gets back to Ireland. Bwahahaha... And my own gang of gay boys? You shouldn't have. ;) *mwah*
JK - O.O Literary analysis? Really? Heh. News to me! Thank you, really. And believe me, I'm really not as smart as you think I am. But I am flattered. :)
Hildi - Someday, I think Liz will meet Jamie O'Neill.
Oh, but may it be true! I promise, you'd hear all about it... And thank you! We do, indeed, have to meet. Any plans for coming to England while I'm here? *nudge nudge wink wink* Iceland isn't soooo far away...right?
Croupier - bwhahahahhaaaa! Tricky question, ain't it? And Russian wolves, huh? I corazon you, too. Vive la punk!
Canis - Oooooh, the endless supply of puppylove everlasting sounds very good indeed. As do all those luscious hipbones. *slobbers* And yes, someday. Someday hopefully SOON, but hey, you already know what It is... It won't be such a big surprise for you. Aroooooooo!
Alli - I love you. That is all. No, wait... *tacklehugs*
Dee - Someday, I think Liz will *come to Jesus?*.
Erm. Ok.
Dee, you're awesome. Methinks you need to travel up North. Right now. The frisking sounds fun. Heh. And yes, oh, but to talk about At Swim non-stop in real time, in person!..
Angua -
O.O Intrigued? Really? Huh. Cool! *cackles*
Liz needs serious Remus and Sirius scenes in OOP.
Oh, how very true! And thank you. :) (You should do one of these, too, by the way, I fully support Firelocks in this.)
Katie-(wifey) - If I used one word to describe Liz, it'd be "faghag".
Bwah. This is why you're my wife. That and I love you. *licks* *hugs*
David - oh, babe. You're the best. So, that's it then. We move to Scotland, get (two?) pool boy(s), so we can switch indescriminantly, and frolic in the fields and mountains with our Paddy. Except we'd have to get a Moony, too, or Paddy will get lonely. *loves back*
Roche - Thank you. Yes. Trying to say something funny here, too, and also with about as much success. Although, you know, after three Smirnoff Ices, I probably wouldn't be able to produce a very good howl. Except maybe into the toilet. But two - that does sound good, indeed... :) (A smiley just for you. Teehee...)
Sabine - When I think of Liz, I think of books, Italy, cheese, Russia, S/R, bow.
Hee! Someone thought of cheese! Thank you, Sabine, you're too sweet.
I want to wish happiness to Liz.
And same to you. :)
Akela - Someday, I think Liz will convince everyone on the planet to read At swim.
Bwahahahahhaa! YES! World domination through Irish gay love! And thank you! Dude, Geekmoot's going to rock. Absolutely. We're gonna have soooo much fun... Looking forward to the basking. ;) *cackles some more*
Bum - first of all, *glomps*. Now, moving on...
Show her HTML stuff. Heh. Gah.
Oh, we are SO in need of being in the same room, aren't we? *siiiigh*
I know that Liz likes that I finally started reading At Swim and that it was really hard leaving the book *patpat* to get online.
Good girl! And yes, it's funny how that happens, thinking of yourself when thinking of somebody else... GOOMH, dude. *mwah*
Linda - Linda. Words. No. Or is the other way around? I miss you. I wish we didn't live on different sides of the planet, at least right now. Waaaahhh... You will just have to make that track over to NYC someday. Yes. And then we can talk for hours again. For very long, fun hours. *HUGS*
Asia - Liz needs her book, as it is like... CRAX to her.
LOL! Indeed! In fact, I'm supposed to be lending it to someone, but...I can't. It's...precioussssss... *shifty Bilboesque look*
Thank you for the kind comments. We SHOULD talk more, dammit! After all, NY GAL connection, and all that. :)
And now I am off to eat and write the goddamn presentation. The presentation that I'm supposed to be working with somebody else on, but oh, that's right. She was too busy to meet up. And she didn't even think to maybe, oh I don't know, email me on Monday to let me know? No, no. I have to run into her the day before the presentation (which is now today) in order to find out this valuable piece of information. This is why I hate working with other people. At least when I'm by myself, I can't screw myself without knowing it. I do it with full intent on screwing myself.
Gah.
