trying to remember what milk even looked like a little bit also dedbycute at this point.
“Very much.” Fraser lowered his gaze. “I want- this- very much.” the whole bit leading up to this and then when Fraser finally said that gave me literal, honest to god chills. like, don't breathe properly and then feel it ripple from your toes to your chest type chills. like, the good kind of "oh, wow, yay, yes, this is RIGHT" chills. lovely. thank you.
Fraser didn’t seem to want to just kiss – he seemed to want to kiss Ray, Oh yeah, that pushes all my buttons both for THEM and, you know, personally. Beautiful. *is all goopily happy for Ray*
“Yeah,” Ray answered, nudging Fraser back. “Want you on a bed.” ...yeah, that was also another nggggggguuuuuuuuuuuh*shiver* moment.
Really like Ray being fascinated by Fraser's scars, too. That just works, especially in this context for the two of them. Bringing himself more into reality from his previous thoughts and expectations and all that, if I get all analytical-y about it, and also, okay, there's the hot element. He wanted to see all of them, to feel them, to know where Fraser’d been before he met Ray. To know what he’d felt. And the characterisation of that is lovely, too. Yes.
Close to the spine. Ray closed his eyes and felt the space all around the scar, trying to appease himself with smooth, healthy skin. That, however, is mostly just *whimper* because... mrrh. It always scares me for Fraser, thinking about that, and I love love love "appease" in there.
and let his head sank into the pillow. another FYI - should be "sink".
Ray wondered if that was the first time he’d heard Fraser say ‘hey.’ ...that might've made me do the tinypathetic squeak of "ee!". just a little.
Fraser, I would. I do. This is me, letting you. So very Ray, and makes me very happy, too. Like, literally sitting here with a dumbass grin on.
Really like this, Liz, and I'm glad you got it done in time and could share with us and, uh, in conclusion YAY. Thumbs UP.
i lose at comment length. sigh.
