On Howling.
Can I just say how happy it's making me that people are STILL visiting The Howl Kingdom? The Magistrate and I are getting together today to work on it more, but from what I understand, we might not be able to - her Mac (Mr. Mwa ha) crashed. Majorly. :( But...ahaha...it's going to be awesome. Eventually, it'll be very very cool. And keep those submissions coming! We ARE paying attention, you know...
So, following Roche's advice, I went out and got two Smirnoff Ices yesterday, and sat around in a pub and got, um, tipsy. My tolerance is slowly going up, but I can still get very tipsy off two of those things. Heh. Thank you for your excellent advice. It was lovely.
I was writing more of "Someone Else's Truth", and I'm almost done with this chapter, and then I thought about it and realized that since it's taking me so fucking long to write it, everyone's probably forgotten about it by now and no one will actually care. It was a rather amusing thought. Ah, well. I'll still finish it - I've wanted to write this particular chapter for so long that I want it done.
And here's that alphabet meme.
A - Act your age? Depending on what I’m doing. That didn’t make much sense, did it... Normally, yeah, I suppose. Except for when I ram into platform walls with a trolley, that is. *cough*
B - Born on what day of the week? Wednesday, I think. I don’t know what it means, though.
C - Chore you hate? Oh, God, laundry. Especially when I have to haul it across campus. Ugh.
D - Dad's name? Yakov.
E - Essential makeup item? Eye-stuff.
F - Favorite actor? Ummm...huh. I’ll say Ian McKellen. It fits. :)
G - Gold or silver? Silver, definitely.
H - Hometown? Oh, this is complicated. I don't even know anymore.
I - Instruments you play? I used to play the violin, but all it did was give me and my parents a headache. I sing, though.
J - Job title? Unemployed, aka Student.
K - Kids? You must be joking.
L - Living arrangements? Dorm.
M - Mum's name? Zhenya, haha
N - Number of people you've slept with? You don’t honestly expect me to tell you that, do you?
O - Overnight hospital stays? Yeah, that’s how I missed my first day of school ever. That sucked ass.
P - Phobia? Being buried alive, having the fingernails come off my fingers. *shudders*
Q - Quote you like? “Remember - when in doubt, fuck.” - as given by Al Pacino to a cat in “Scent of a Woman”.
R - Religious affiliation? Agnostic.
S - Siblings? One, older sister. The one that won’t leave my head.
T - Time you wake up? Depends on the day, really. I don’t like to get up later than ten, even on the weekends, but there are times when I just can’t get my ass out of bed.
U - Unique habit? I don’t know... I’ve started playing with my fringe lately (now that I have a fringe), but that’s about it. I have habits, they’re just not unique.
V - Vegetable you refuse to eat? Brussel sprouts. Yuck.
W - Worst habit? Procrastination all the way.
X - X-rays you've had? Teeth, and in eight grade my left thumb - but it wasn’t broken, only sprained. Oh, and this summer - chest x-ray, to see whether or not I’ve got TB. Scary stuff, that.
Y - Yummy food you make? Roasted vegetables. *nods*
Z - Zodiac Sign? Gemini. There’s two of me.
The fact that I have the Manics in my head puts in a very good mood. I should listen to them in the mornings more often.

Er, not to your entry. Heh. The other student that's staying in the same family will come too (*snerkgiggle*), because I can't shake her off. :/
The N: You should've put 87.

And there are plenty of people waiting for the next chapter – me among them!

And you damn well better carry on with Someone Else's Truth. *nods*. All I've got to say on the matter.

That would have raised some eyebrows, I'm sure. Heh.

Soon, hopefully! You don't understand - Moa's and my luck combined makes for a hell of an adventure (we kept missing one another today for over two hours until we finally met up), and right now her computer is ailing, but HOPEFULLY, SOON there'll be more. And you made me very happy. :)
And no, I'm not giving up on the story. It'll get done. ...Eventually...

still need to buy THE ONE book, though.
