You know what I have realized? I have become mind-numbingly boring. It's like the atmosphere in that plane sucked all the interest there was out of me. If ever I was interesting, in any way, for some reason, I am not so anymore. Just thought I'd share this interesting new realization. I really should move back to England.

I have a friend (who I'm still trying to convince to get herself a LJ) who is totally crazy about Sirius, and when she read one of your entries about, you know, the death, she couldn't stop laughing when you said "LEAVE HIM ALONE!" to Molly, because she thought EXACTLY THE SAME THING when reading the book!

Hmmm. I can't say I know you well enough to have any idea whether you are more or less boring than I am - but I can say that your post in response to Fabula Rasa's comment on Sushi's latest, Flesh and Subtance, interested me (so you can't be entirely boring!) She explained why she doesn't generally read SB/RL, and you responded that there is some great SB/RL out there that does not involve warm tea-drinking or crying or aching for tender holding . . . You mentioned Minx, and because I agree with you entirely - I love her scotch-drinking, non-weeping, sometimes communication-impaired Sirius and Remus - I'd love to know what some of your other favorites are along those lines.

This would make you really, really, really not-boring to me, I promise! ;-)
