What month is it?!

I was just rereading my journal entries from around the time when the GALs were about to visit me in England, and then up until Moa and I sat on the bus and talked about what we'd do with The Kingdom if Remus died. 'Border it in black', was the option, and now it's all too sad for words. Wow. Good times. I miss you all.

And it's weird, because now I'm having a really difficult time putting myself back into this timeframe. Ok. Let's try this.

September, 2003. Long Island. Windy. Isabel avoiding our neck of the woods. Hungry. Must get food. Will get books out of library first. I think I'm ok.

Boy, that was weird. I haven't felt this displaced in a while.

Hmmmm it seems to be a common thing. I read September, 2003 and found myself being confused for at least 3 minutes somehow thinking that that was last year.
