Random note to self:
Self, perhaps it's time to rethink your Monday-Wednesday diet of 1 bagel with cream cheese in between classes, because your body is trying to tell you something. The fact that you can't type right now due to Very Shaky hands is probably not a good thing. Invest in some food.

Oh, wait. Continue kicking ass at work and they might not fire you for missing Wednesday.

Am I? I don't know... I've actually been worrying about eating too much sugar/carbs and not enough of...anything else... I think my problem is that often, I don't get to eat dinner until about 10pm, and before that, I only have a bagel to go on. Although, I'd love to demand the cakes and chocolate. Maybe I should. Hmmm... Actually, I always keep a chocolate bar handy at home. Home isn't home without chocolate, after all.
Sunday was survived! Whooo! Hopefully, never again, but you never know...

Well, not clinically, I would imagine. But it's easy for symptoms to come on if you have a sugary/carbohydratey snack like a bagel. Eat something proteiny instead and it'll probably go away. And so will I before I start sounding like an Atkins diet adviser...
Oh, I got your email, btw, and replied. I can't quite believe this is all actually going to happen!

Oh, trust me, talking of food is nothing new - our current survey at work is all about that... I know I need to eat more proteins. I just...opt for the cheap and easy?.. The s.o. gets upset about that. He's such a mommy.
