Just wanted to say that people can be fucking wonderful.

And, as Sam reminded me today, the world is actually a beautiful place. Yes, bad things happen - but, really, it's a beautiful place.

That's a very nice thing to hear from someone. Reaffirming, I find.

What isn't reaffirming is going through all the crap you've written (well, not all, since another disk ate three of my stories and am still pissed) and finding that it is utter shite. I edited most of my stuff, even in stories that I thought were "okay" before sending them off to Houie. Well, actually, haven't done that yet - will do that in a minute.

But, man, does it ever suck. I guess I could look at as "well, I've grown as a writer", but the thing is, I don't think I could do better now - I just look at it as a reader.

Ah, well. Maybe I'm being overly harsh, who the hell knows. It'll be out there for others to judge and decide for themselves. We can't all be Oscar Wildes, Jamie O'Neills or, as much as we try to, J.K. Rowlings.

(Bless her, good woman, how does she never get writer's block?!)

My hair's been looking rather good lately. Not sure why, but it's looking thicker and all wavy and shit, as an ex-roommate would say.

I have been listening to the same CD for a week now. It fucking rocks. It's the second soundtrack to "Grosse Pointe Blank". My favorite song has to be The Pogues "Lorca's Novena". It's so fucking cool.

Will attempt to get Remus and Sirius in a compromising position tonight. Hopefully, will come to everybody's satisfaction. By everybody, I mean, of course, the two consenting adults in question.
