Monday, Bloody Mondaaaaay...

I spent an entire weekend away from the internet altogether, and have not spontaneously combusted. Praise me.

In all seriousness, I loved not getting out of the house. I stayed in the entire time and it was oh, so good. Did dishes. Cooked. Talked to Wifey on the phone. Watched TV. (A lot.) Did some work. (Not a lot.) Cleaned my room after two weeks of swearing that I will. Drew. Wrote. Had an angst fest, further strengthened by PMS. All in all, a productive weekend. Oh, and slept. A lot.

Thus, I hate Mondays. I have four classes in a row on Mondays, but I'm skipping one, because it is stupid and pointless, and all she ever does is give examples that last for ten minutes at a time. The actual information that she gives out, I can get from Marie on Wednesday. Screw it. It'll be about two lines long.

Oh, and I'd like to kill Plato, but he's already dead. "The Republic"? Can go screw itself. I can't normally fall asleep while reading, it just doesn't happen. I get too into whatever it is that I am reading. Three times that I have picked up 'The Republic' and begun reading it, I have passed out within five minutes. It's like a sleeping pill. "Is it, therefore, true, that that is just is only just for those who are rulers, and are thus just just because they can be, or are the strong and their justice is of a different kind, there can we just say that we like really really long and circular arguments that use the word 'just' a lot..." zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

'The Symposium' is so much better. 'Let's talk about sex, baby, let's talk about you and me...' Or something close to. In any case, I feel pretty stupid for hating 'The Republic' because it's one of those classics, but oh my god, is that shit boring as fuck. Not to mention the fact that I think they were ALL off, but that's just my personal opinion...

Happy Monday, everybody.

Are the italics some kind of scary code?

Mondayness is evil. I hope you kicked its sorry arse, and that Annoyingly Stupid Examples woman realises that she sucks for having classes that repell the best people. Sounds worth skipping to me.

I love you, and do not love Plato. hugs*

The italics are more for emphasis, sort of like... I GOT TO TALK TO KATIE ON THE PHONE, OMG, SQUEEE! Something like that. ;)

And that professor cracks me up, simply because she just doesn't say anything useful, almost ever. So, fuck it.

And, ditto on the last thing. ;) MWAAAAAAAAAAH!

I hate Mondays

Who doesn't? Lol. Mine consist of travelling back from home, skipping one pointless lesson on how to write reports and going into uni to argue with my fellow collegues.

And I never have any food in on Mondays either.

As for Plato - I wish I knew enough about him to agree - but you're generally right about stuff so I concur :)

Who doesn't?

Good point. :-P

Plato...I go back and forth with that man. Right now, we're not so good. It's a like/hate sort of thing. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be overly fond of me, either.

GET FOOD! Make Steg cook for you. ;) She's so good at it...

mwahhhhhhhhhhhhh

but oh my god, is that shit boring as fuck.

That phrase just doesn't make sense. We have a lots of fucks on the Kingdom, and none of them are boring. If they were, they wouldn't be on the Kingdom.

;P

Sucky Mondays, but yay for 'lazy' weekends! :D

And that icon is just the cutest thing, words cannot express that ickle thing's cuteness, it's just... awwwwwwweeeiiisdkhfd. cutecutecutecute. Yes.

MWAAAAAAAAAHLOVE

Bah, Plato.

I'm sure if you'll read carefully you'll find more reasons to hate him than just that he's boring. Look at the bits about propaganda and using the arts to control the minds of the people.
