(no subject)

I strongly object to the fact that today is President's Day and I am not home celebrating it by watching "The West Wing" marathon on Bravo. Damn this school and its non-following of national holidays. Of course, the campus post office is closed, so I can't send out important loan stuff. But I have to be in class. Pooey! Pooey on them!

I have more to talk about, but lucky for all of you, I don't have time. Breathe a little easier, people. It's all good.

Oh, and, those of you that bewail the fact that it sucks being single of Valentine's Day, think about this: it doesn't seem to matter if you're in a relationship, either, because my Valentine's Day had absolutely nothing to do with Valentine's Day. If that makes sense. And all the better, because I can harp on the stupid day all I want, and I won't be a hypocrite! Who needs it! It was a good time, anyway. It was a WEEKEND, and what's cooler, it was a SATURDAY, the best day of the weekend.

I have class in five minutes and I reallyreallyreally don't want to go. It's boring, it's long, and all the notes are online, anyway. But for the sake of appearances, I will go and bring my book with me. I'll spend Ecology reading "Kilbrack." Bwaha.

Ill farts the land...

Who needs Valentine's day when you have Lupercalia? ;-)

I spent the day with my best friend. We avoided boyfriends and had a great time just the two of us.

It's really a very stupid holiday.

Anyway, be safe. Kisses, Zoe

It IS very stupid, mostly because it's not even a holiday! Bwaha. Your day sounded absolutely lovely! :D

mwah!

If it makes you feel any better, I have class today, too. Pooey.

Holidays are for the weak. (Or so they tell us grad students.)

As I mentioned in my LJ, I just don't like that there is a lovey-dovey holiday on the anniversary of the downfall of my ancestral home. ;)

And in honor of your icon, here's a picture for you. Remember, you can look but you can't touch. That's my job. Heh.

Hehe. Sorry, man. ;)

And I did read that, indeed. I was not only amazed at your knowledge of your ancestral home, but also at the fact that you decided to share with the class. You are a brave, brave soul. ;)

Remember - I jest because I love.

And dammit, I can't see the picture! Shit. Now I'm upset. I want to see Anna ass! Heh.

Well, I figure if I'm upfront about not wanting to be anywhere near the ocean on Valentine's Day and am not very happy, people will understand. It is a deep, grevious pain to know that such a tragedy occurred on what most celebrate as a joyous day.

Hmm. Weird. The link works for me....maybe if you click "Save link location as..." and then paste it into your address bar. If not, well, I do have the picture downloaded, I could just send it to you for posterity (72.6 kb!). It's a glorious picture. She's in leather from her X2 costume. Yum yum yum.

Who needs The West Wing when TNT has a Law and Order marathon? I mean, really. ;)

Well, see, I have seen enough L&O to last me a lifetime, while I'm just getting into TWW... but it was a battle, let me tell you. It was a battle of loves.

I will call you before, even. But that shouldn't surprise you. ;) I'm excited about 'Kilbrack.' Will read more today at work, bwahahaha...

Love you, too. Duh. Like you didn't know before!

have I told you that you are one of my favorite people on earth? did you guess it all by yourself?

call me tonight (it never works when I intend to call you.. something comes up. it just works better the other way) I don't think I will be in work very late.... I just don't feel like being here and that generally means I will leave at 5.... so I should be home and fed and happy by about 6:30- 7....

Love and Glasses,
Jo

Oh! Damn! Damn, damn, damn, I'm working until 9 today. Can I call you between nine and whenever it is that I will get to Sam? I'll try to call you after that, but it might prove problematic (youknowwhy). HOWEVER. I just got a plan. Are you planning on watching Queer Eye tonight? (At ten, all new episode?..) Because I could call you during that and we could giggle at Carson together and talk during commercial breaks. *g* Homework? What homework?

I am so smart, I figured it out all by myself. ;)

I love youuuuuuuuuuuuu!

that sounds like a plan.... so, 10, we'll talk and giggle... and not work. I like this plan.

Love and Silk,
Jo
