On Leaving.

Well, I'm leaving - not terribly soon, but am leaving nonetheless. 'Not terribly soon', of course, means 'not in the next two hours', I have crap I need to take care of (like last minute packing - I'm baaaaad).

Just wanted to say a couple of words. *clears throat*

I really wanted to thank you all for putting up with me these last couple of weeks as I stumbled through every sort of emotion that I could find. It really means a lot, even if that's strange. Because, sad as it may be, my parents are not the people to go to in these cases. I started crying to my mom yesterday, when I got up, and she quoted Bulgakov back to me: "Well, sweet, Annushka hasn't already just bought the oil, but she's also spilled it!"

Well, quite. But it doesn't mean that she isn't sorry. Not that I'm sorry. Not at all. But, in the context of "Master and Margarita"... And it doesn't particularly help...

Anywho.

Thank you.

I do wish I could take you with me. Because it'd be fun. Fun, strange, and great - but there's only so much room in my suitcases. :)

Thank you for the lovely farewell, by the way. It was fun. :)

*MWAH*

*group snuggles*

"What's New Pussycat" in my head (WHY?!)

okay, randomness...
last year I was in London with two of my best friends. D and I, for no real reason, spent the whole 10 days there singing this song really, really loudly in public (to the mortification of our other friend and therefore our great amusement). maybe there is just something about England that brings bad Tom Jones songs to mind?

have fun. I know you will. if you need anything, anything at all, you know where to find me. (thank god for the intenet... making the whole world so, so much smaller)

and congratulations, I know this takes a lot of courage.

giant hugs and sloppy kisses,
Jadis
