I had a dream with Joshua Malina/Jeremy being adorable, wonderful and sweet. Hmph. Why did I have to wake up, anyway? He was so sweet!
Anyway. This could have been caused by the fact that, as part of our little tradition, we ended the day with a few episodes of "Sports Night," and then, while Katie was lightly snoring behind me (so cuuuute!), I found a West Wing fic featuring Will that was impossibly cute, from Yuletide fics.
I know that Alli's got a whole list of people who are her boyfriends, and I could never think of any, but now I've got one: Joshua Maline. Just too cute. Hence, the new icon. *stares for a little while*
Anyway. Our Christmas was nice - we went to our friends' house in Nashua, NH, which had Geekie!Katie squealing like MAD, and had a lot of fun. She was initiated into the "Crazy Russians Have a Holiday Party" tradition, and I'm pretty sure came out of it unscathed. We had a lot of fun with my friend (the "I've Known You My Whole Life, We Have To Stop Following Each Other Around, Except Not Really" one) and her boyfriend, and are most likely going to their place in Boston to watch season 1 of "Arrested Development" and get boozed up.
It snowed overnight, so now it's a white belated Christmas. I don't think we're going outside today. Heh. So much the better, since we still have a lot to watch, for we are GEEKS!
Tomorrow, late at night, my sister arrives with her clan. Katie will get to meet Maia, and I'm really excited and really scared of taking care of her. Yikes! But we'll be ok. My mom will be home for most of it.
And, finally, the most exciting news! My parents finally broke and decided to try out Netflix! Oh yeah. I've got about 11 DVDs already queued up. MmmmmNetflix.
Oh, and I have the first book of Lemony Snicket from my friend. Finally, I have a good excuse to read them. Heh.
