(no subject)

I realize this may be an odd time to ask this, but, what the hell:

Can anybody recommend a good, free program that can rip DVD files? Any assistance will be more than wonderful. I am somewhat inept and totally behind in these things, but I can catch on quickly! So, let me know, if you can.

IT'S THE WEEKEND! AND IT'S A LONG WEEKEND!

Oh, and yeah: Christmas, and all that. *g*

Love to all and a lot of cheer!

rip them in what format? if you're looking for VOB files to burn another dvd, go with DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter. If you want to convert them to computer files (avi, mpeg, etc) I use.... shit, can't think of what it's called. And that's a shame, as I do really like it. But I'm on my work computer and can't check. If no one mentions it, I will look when I get home.

Right now, I'm looking for the second one. Could you look it up? Thank youuuu! :D

Okay, the program I use is called DVDx. It still has a few bugs. But it is free. And honestly, it works pretty good for me.

Hmm. I just tried downloading it, and it says you must be a VIP user to download it. Which costs money. Huh. Am I doing something wrong?.. Hmm...

Where are you trying to download it from? Go here and see if it works.
