I shouldn't have been allowed out in public today. I'm pissy and tired and at the end of my rope, and I swear, a couple of people have actually recoiled from me just looking at them. I just...I want to be home.

Keyboard or Kuli?
What's kuli? I write longhand when I am not near a computer and the writing bug gets me. Then I type it up and make it better, because looking at the screen, I can see the big picture better than by writing on paper. Sad, but true. But I kind of like my handwriting.

Beta or no beta?
BETA. I think I'm insecure enough that without anybody to look my writing over, I just can't make myself post anything longer than a drabble. Anyway, it always helps to have somebody take a look at your stuff and see what actually works and what doesn't. There's a reason editors exist. I'm looking at you, Anne Rice.

Plot?
...what plot? Biggest weakness I have, I think. But I'm trying! I am! Hence, the kid!fic AU. Hence, it's taking so damn long.

Title?
I. SUCK. The end.

Smushy or smutty?
Oh smutty. Sometimes both. Mostly smutty. 'Cause I like porn.

Summary?
Those suck too. So many of my fics can be summarized by "Ray waits" or "Ray thinks a lot." It's sad, really.

Funniest fic?
Huh. Hmm. I'm thinking, both HP and dS stuff here...maybe "Revenge, By Any Other Name..." for HP and...okay, actually, "A Slanted Trajectory" is kind of funny, I guess - that'd be "Tales of the City". *headdesk*

Most popular fic?
*groans* In HP, that'd be "Mint." I don't know why. Why, why, why. Tell me WHY. I'm not sure about DS. I suppose, if we're to go by comments, say, then "La Danza..."? I really don't know. I really don't think I can even characterize my stuff as 'popular', if you know what I mean.

Most fun to write?
Oh, God, okay. "Something Blue" was really, really fucking fun to write. So was "Mint, Part Deux: Beer". Because drunken boys having awkward teenage sex - always fun! I think for me, it isn't so much what's FUN to write, but more...what flows best. And that's different. And would garner different results. Like, say, "...and this is what it's for..." Then again, some stuff that I consider good was sheer hell to write.

Best and worst?
Ah, hell, I don't even know.
Best: "Prayer to Unbelief"?.. "Right, This Time"?.. No clue.
Worst: Haha. Everything else, pretty much. Well, okay, maybe not. But close?..

Coulda been contenders?
Can't think of any. Then again, I'm always my own worst judge.

Strengths
Uh. No idea. I think I can be funny sometimes, and sometimes, the porn is good.

Weaknesses
PLOT PLOT PLOT.
Getting inside the scene so much, you can feel it on your fingertips when reading. Imagination (I think I lack it). Um. Mostly, I think I'm boring.

Okay, that was meant to make me feel BETTER. Oh, dear.
