...see, I was going to say something, but then I realized: there isn't really any pairing that I absolutely won't ever read. Or - well, that's not true. I'm not fond of stories that focus heavily on existing minor characters in romantic relationships. Gen, sure! but anyone who wants me to pay attention to Dr. Parrish's sexploits is fighting an uphill battle, because I'm just - not interested.
Major characters, though - if it's done well, I'll read pretty much any pairing, because a good writer can make me believe in it, can give me plausible reasons for Character A and Character B to sex it up.
The thing is, though, 'done well' is a pretty major (and, yes, very subjective) caveat, for me, because there are certain relationships that I can only really see happening in a limited number of ways. For example, John/Elizabeth? would be drunk and desperate, with both of them thinking of other people and neither of them remotely interested in long-term happy-fluffy-bunnies shacking up. Or possibly it would involve an apolcalypse? but again with the thinking of other people. You could maybe make a compelling case for alien sex drugs (although you'd have to handwave why they were sexing each other instead of, you know, people they're actually attracted to) - but that would be at least as much about the twistychest awkward afterwards as it would be about the hot sex.
(...and I don't want to write the story where Elizabeth sexes John up while under the influence of alien sex drugs and it makes everything HORRIBLE and AWKARD and WEIRD)
Does that make any sense? I didn't so much sleep last night, so I'm not sure - possibly I shall come back here after my nap and try again.
