TECHNICAL HELP!

Halp.

What program can I use to rip an .mp3 file from a .wmv or .avi file? A lot of you are technically savvy people - help a peon out! I need a couple of soundbytes from, uh, someplace - how can I go about doing that?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I whore myself out to fandom! I might even bake you cookies.

Piss easy. Seriously, if I can do it. You also need to download lame.exe from somewhere but if you google lame.exe it will find it for you.
