GUYS. This is a report on people who SWIM IN THE FORTY FOOT ON CHRISTMAS.

It's just so strange - this is OUR place, you know? I know that it's over there, in Ireland, and I'm over here, in Boston, but - really? Others go to the Forty Foot? And not because of Jim and Doyler? Not even MacEmm?

IT IS WEIRD.

(And ha! I was thinking I wanted to reread the book yesterday :D ...well, no, I tell a lie. What really happened was that suddenly the scene were Jim says "Oh my gracious me" (YOU KNOW WHICH ONE) popped in my mind and I got lost in contemplation of it. Then I thought I would like to reread it.)
