I am nine minutes into SPN's "Playthings", and entirely confused by this one thing. Uhm.

Dean: "Of course, the most troubling question is, why do these people assume we're gay?"
Sam: "Well, you are kind of butch. Probably think you're overcompensating."
Dean: *gives a fuck-you smile* "Right."

Which is all par the course, BUT THEN, he has this LOOK, this "please don't actually out me, I am not overcompensating or giving off any vibes, right?" kind of look, and WHAT. I mean, I'd assume that the way to deal with that kind of exchange is to beat Sam upside the head, not look GUILTY.

Oh, SHOW. ♥ ♥ ♥

Also, I just got to the part where Dean tells the proprietor lady that Sam loves to dress up his dolls in different outfits back home.

Well, to be fair, it IS Supernatural. *g* But yeah. And then Sam gets drunk and tells Dean that he's bossy. And SHORT. And I die.

Oh that part just kills me because oh my god SAM and you can tell he just doesn't do that (he probably didn't actually get drunk the whole time he was at uni) and then he does and FLAIL!!!

(Although the Dean-is-short-compared-to-the-Ginormotron jokes will never get old. *g*)

I KNOW! He doesn't know what to DO with himself, so he drinks EVERYTHING EVER (like, I know they drink beer all the time, but he drank HARD LIQUOR, and oh, Sammy!). Flail!
