I haven't seen this yet, and I had the idea this morning, so I thought I'd just go with it.

We are all grateful for something in our lives, be it friends, family, partners, work, ANYTHING.

Who and/or what are YOU grateful for?

Come here and tell people - anonymously, or not! - that you are grateful for them, even if they don't know about LJ and won't see it. You may not celebrate Thanksgiving right now, or even at all, but everybody has to be grateful for something, right? So, come in and tell us!

I am grateful for my sister who I know loves me more than pretty much any other person on earth, and I am grateful that she lets me know that.

I am grateful for having a job that I don't hate, enough money to live on, almost no debt, and a really tremendously great place to live.

I am grateful for my girlfriend, who doesn't just put up with me and my crazy, but actually seems to enjoy it, sometimes, and help offset it, at others.

I'm grateful for gratitude, for this day festive and not too cold.
For family - fun, annoying, and more loveably awesome than they'd believe. For friends that are easy, and Not that kind of easy (though that's great, too!), but the kind of easy where it's just Fun to be with them, regardless of the activity!
For good work, and for rest. For the people who are cooking, and for everyone who's helped others have food to cook, eat, and share.
For music, art, craftsmanship, and everything pretty or thought-provoking or enlivening.

I am grateful for a husband who's smart and funny and, y'know, acts like an *adult*, and treats me like a person and not a possession.

I'm grateful for my kitties who love us and, almost as importantly, love each other.

I'm grateful for my job which is generally satisfying and pays very well and is practically fire-proof.

I'm grateful for all of my material possessions which, while not critial, make life so much more fun.

I'm grateful that my biggest worry is getting up on time to start cooking a huge Thanksgiving dinner.

I am thankful for my family, who generally rocks.

I am thankful for my friends - both offline and online - who generally rock.

I am thankful for my job, since it's what I want to be doing with my life, is actually really cool when you get down to it, lets me travel a bit on its dime, and because it would really suck be unemployed in today's economy.

I am thankful that this year's Presidential and Congressional elections turned out the way they did (YES WE DID!).

I am thankful that my TB testing came out negative (because I want to be Shunsui, not Jushiro!).

I am thankful that after years of not getting any, I now have one FwB and one potential FwB.

I am thankful that mrsronweasley set up this meme to spread the joy and thanks. Yay!

1) I'm grateful for my family who are made of awesome and bad puns

2) Uh, coming off the meds I've been on for the last 3 1/2 years has yet to get nasty. Apparently, I have more smarts

Man, where do I start? This year I overflow with the thankfulness!

Love. There's more of it in my life than there has ever been before.

Someone special. Who is warm and funny and smart and sexy, and just makes my heart go thumpthumpthump with joy.

Work. Which has been up and down and sideways with the crazy this year but is still meaningful and challenging and rewarding.

-the US election finally coming out our way
-having a job where i also get to work with a good friend
-making new friends this year
-being able to look around my life and spot quite clearly four potential-crushes (which is huuuuuuuuuuge after being completely unable to see past That One Person for a few years) all of whom are gorgeous and wonderful and make me happy to be around, crush-wise or just-friends.
