Honestly, I think it was when everyone sang along during "You Can Call Me Al," which -- I mean, normally I get annoyed when people sing along during vid shows, but that, that was a singalong of pure, total, unalloyed LOVE.

But really, the whole con was a delight. (I just got home this minute, and as glad as I am to be reunited with my own bed, and my own computer, and my own big bottle of wine, I am also missing everyone. It was such a great time!)

I know! I can be kind of grouchy about people talking at vid shows and stuff? (Even though I love, like, laughter and appreciation - does that make sense?) But that? Was AMAAAAZING. It was just pure LOVE for these guys, and FANDOM, and FANGIRLS. It was WONDERFUL!

And I had the exact same feeling after I got home - my own stuff! My own bathroom! Bed! But - FANGIRLS. (I'm so, so lucky to be living with one special one. ♥)

And, Kat, I know I already said this, but just - I think you're AMAZING, and thank you so much for not only showing up and being awesome just with your presence, but running the awesomest dS panel, and just - YAY YOU.

One of my favorite moments actually came at the very tail end of the con, sitting in a hotel room with aneli8 and kristiinthedark and lordessrenegade and talking about our lives and sex lives and fandom and celebrities we love and dorking out and generally laughing until our faces hurt.

And then Anna demonstrated the danger that might exist if the Radisson didn't put those little stickers on the sliding glass doors. From both sides of the door. And we took pictures. I LOVE FANGIRLS.

I'm sitting here trying to think up words for my con report, and so much of the bits that I loved about this weekend kind of boil down to "and then we sat and talked and laughed until we fell over," which doesn't make for awesome report-writing, but is exactly what I love so much about getting together with fangirls.

DANCING WITH MUSKRATS. (Seriously, Liz. I danced. In public. With no shame and only a moderate amount of drunkenness. This is a Big Step.)

VID SHOW OF WIN. The vid show was one of my very favoritest parts from the last MJ and it was no less awesome this time around. Even minus the impromptu stand-up.
