After I had given up on doing anything that could make me almost snap out of it, two things happened:

1) I got to drive today, all alone in a car, music blaring, freedom galore. It was amazing. I knew there was a reason I loved driving so much, and this just made me remember - it was so therapeutic, I was actually happy there for a while. Really happy.

2) Bally's talk of the boys' equipment. How much more fun can the list get? My God, how would I have ever thought, say, three years ago, that talking about foreskin could be so much fun?

I love my fellow gutterminds. Don't ever clean those minds out, they are the future.

Plus, my bosses are trying to find me more work to do so I can get more money for England - has anyone ever had a boss do that? They're both so friggin' nice. I also talked to one of them about travelling (he's travelled across America, the lucky bastard) and books and how much the college that I go to sucks (he went here, too). An actual conversation. What a concept.

Ahhhhh...life can be good, as it turns out.

I still owe people a shitload of emails, though. *sigh* Oh, well. ::hikes up jeans waist:: I can do it, goshdarnit! ::wipes nose with back of hand::

Just kidding. I only wiped my nose.

Aww, thank you, Ni! I realize that I haven't emailed you yet, but my computer time this weekend is very very limited - and the first time I tried emailing you, Yahoo fucked up (no way!). But I will answer, I swear!..

I swear to god that the instant I saw that post to the list, I choked on the water I was drinking. Then I laughed, fired up a response, and stomped on the initial idea of what to post. *grin* I never thought that contemplating on this would be as much fun as it is.

It's good news to hear about the boss helping you, though. To me, it sounds pretty amazing. =)
