In short, it's about two 16 year old boys in Ireland (1915-1916) who fall in love. In long, it would take too long to explain the sheer beauty and genius of this book. It's heartwrenching, heartbreaking, gorgeous, uplifting, hopeful, draining, hilarious, beautiful...everything. It's the best book I'd ever read.
So, there you are: 'At Swim, Two Boys' in a nutshell.

Which is shocking, because I've worked in a bookstore for about 3 years now, and you'd think *someone* would have read it. But anyway, thanks for your review.
