I think that the best thing to do right now is just keep calm and hope that it all blows over. Hopefully, this is just another incident of things getting all blown out of proportion, and that sanity will eventually prevail. (Yeah, right, I know!) I talked to Nezad about the Lair and she's concerned, but not overly so. I know that everything there is backed up and saved.
Just keep thinking positive thoughts. Besides, I doubt they could shut down *every* website, and people are going to move them, use different names, post to their live journals and to the Yahoo groups, etc. I don't think it's the end of fanfic (slash or otherwise) as we know it, but it would probably be prudent to lie low for a bit. Too bad we can't 'lie low at Lupin's'..... ;-)
