So, I'm stuck at work until 7, and kind of vaguely free until about 5:30. I'm WAY too keyed up about this event to do any ACTUAL WORK RIGHT NOW, let's be honest, so I'm doing this. WHY NOT, W/E W/E

Ask me things, and I will try to answer them as truthfully (or at least entertainingly :D?) and it HELP PASS THE TIME.

Oooooh, what are the CHOICES? (I LOVE that rug. I actually think a light powder blue sofa would look adorable with it, BUT it would get dirty quickly? Unless it's microfiber. IDK! Helpful? :D?)

Hands down, the Manics, last October. I mean. It was unbelievable. I never thought I'd GET TO SEE THEM, much less see them at the PARADISE, SECOND ROW FROM THE FRONT. It was incredible. INCREDIBLE. My heart nearly burst from joy, my throat hurt from screaming the next day, and my feet killed from the jumping. AMAZING. ♥

Ooh, that would go with the rug, but I was thinking warm, rich colors for the room as a whole - deep reds, golds, greens, to go with the oak (the rug is a little lighter and more contemporary than I'd pictured originally, but I loved it too much and it was too good of a deal to pass up. And now I'm browsing upholstery fabric - probably something solid with that carpet, but I could go with something ridiculous like this or this.)

That concert sounded like such an amazing experience - I'm so glad you guys got to go! ♥
