Oh my GOD. So, I've been listening to this mix ever since I first got it, and I am completely and utterly obsessed. You I have SO MANY feelings about this mix, I will have to seriously whittle them down here. I mean. This could get embarrassing, because I could not have asked for a more perfect mix for this fic.

(I’m trying to just highlight the favorites here, but really, it’s ALL FAVORITE.)

I mean, is there a more perfect way to start a mix for this particular story than with a song called "Blow" that includes the line "coming on your face"? Not really. And the lyrics are so perfectly Frank, it SLAYS me. I know every piece of you that breaks, and please take me somewhere can hide - ugh, ugh, god, FRANK. ♥

"Make Me Wanna Die" just encapsulates Frank's first change in the fic SO WELL, and what he goes through, every month – the horrible pain, the self-loathing – ALL of it. I'll never be good enough - FRAAAAAAAAANK. ♥______; This is SO Frank's song.

"The Wrestle" - the first bite marks the beginning of the clotheless wrestle with the clotheless animal. Frank's hopelessness in the face of the changes is illustrated perfectly with this song. It breaks my heart all over again. It's just such a perfect song for Frank's struggle with himself and his unnatural nature and and and. ;________________; FRAAAAANK. ;_____________; Animal ;______________;

OH MY GOD. "@!#?@!" This makes me squeal with delight on SO MANY LEVELS. It's perfect and fun and PERFECT. *dances* It also just cracks my shit up.

AND OH MAN OH MAN OH MAN. Is there a more perfect song for Frank-in-heat than "Get Some, Go Again"? If I hadn't already come up with a title for the fic, this would have been a REALLY STRONG CONTENDER. I'm nothing but an animal underneath the sun/Your woman looks good and I'm gonna see your blood tonight. *________________________* BRILLIANT. (Plus, well. Henry Rollins. \o/)

"Howlin' For You" – I love this SOOOOONG, and I was so happy to see it make it into this mix! Self-explanatory and perfect, really. ♥

"Roulette". B'AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. I admit, I've never been a huge SoaD fan, but this song tugged on my heartstrings like CRAZY. And it's such a perfect ender – Frank finally admitting to himself, to GERARD, everything, down to his ~~~~~feelings. Just. This song. So pretty. So perfect. BAWWWWWWWWWWW, FRANKIEEEEEEEEEEEEE. ♥♥♥

I REALLY THOUGHT I COULD SUM UP MY FEELINGS, BUT I WAS WRONG, APPARENTLY. /o\ maryangel200 - thank you SO SO MUCH. This is amazing, and I'll be listening to it for, oh, a very very long time. Just. AMAZING. ♥_________♥

I LOVE IT. It enhances about this fic and everything in the world and the fanmixer has somehow managed to use a bunch of music that was absolutely made for me, but which I had never heard -- including a Weakerthans song I don't have! She even made me like System of a Down, what the fuck.
