All of mayatawi's talk of HT and clothes and all of her wearing of HOT HOT CORSETS has led me to opening up a new tab, and fuck.

My brain keeps making grabby hands at it. It wants! But it shouldn't, because what if it doesn't fit? And it's kind of pricey! And and and...it's so PRETTY. I don't even know what I'd wear it to. But oh, so pretty!

It would probably look bad. Right? Yeah. Yes. Right. Shouldn't.

I think it may be my hormones speaking. And the funk I seem to have fallen into. 'Cause I'm all...wah! Want to make self feel better! PRETTY.

"Not bad! Only I kept wanting to fix his collar. The entire time. Don't you want to?"

I bit my tongue about what I wanted to do to his collar. I had to work really, really hard not to reveal my true intentions.

If you can afford the 42 dollars, GO FOR IT. It is hot! It'll look fantastic, and making yourself feel better is one of the best reasons for doing something.

Heh. I shop at Hot Topic with a strong sense of irony intact. Because I know it's such an emo teenybopper thing to do! And yet I LOVE THEIR CORSETS.

Also, until recently, when I found their online shop, I only went, like, once a year at Christmas and stocked up, and when you spend a certain amount you automatically get a 15% discount on your next purchase. So I pretty much have a permanent discount there. So that's fun!

...I. um. I don't remember? It was... god, it was my own idiot fault, there was something on tv and I made a snarky comment - because I am just. that. special. - about how the polyamorists would feel discriminated against by oh!! it was an episode of CSI: NY!! that's right! I made a comment about how poly people would probably be a bit narked that they were being represented as omgszo weird!! on the episode, and mum was all "polywhat?" and i was all "...I don't live with fangirls anymore. *FACEPALM*"

I. Um. Also had to explain to her what "S&M" referred to about five years ago, too.
