Feb. 18th, 2011 08:52 amHI HI HI. I walked out of the house with my light spring jacket on and it was warm and delightful, warm and delightful enough that I pulled off my scarf and just enjoyed the ~breeze.
I walked out kind of late, but STILL made the early bus (I WINNN) and then hopped off at an early stop so I could walk over the bridge in the nice breeze and enjoy the fresh air, OH MY GOD, IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE, I WOULD CRY. FROM JOY.
I don't actually remember ever anticipating spring THIS INTENSELY before, where I've basically started charting the course of the ice on the river, and right now, it's starting to break up, and it's the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.
And I know it's going to get cold next week, and it's only February, and we'll probably wind up getting him with another snow storm at some point, but right now, it's gorgeous and breezy and Friday and I am in the best moooooooooooooooooooooood!
