Smorgasbord.
May. 21st, 2004 09:35 amThank you all for yesterday - I was just so...shocked. I fully expected to fail the class, or, at best, get a C. This was a very, very nice surprise. Yesterday was fantastic altogether, except I lost my sunglasses. Yes,
jadis31 and
cabari, the ones I bought in D.C. They were nice and cheap and I treasured them, for the short three and a half weeks that we were together. Losing sunglasses is my curse.
Randomly to
rochefort and
miraminx: I just saw somebody had an icon with PW's ass. And what a nice ass it was. Damn. Any more out there?..
Wednesday, we said goodbye to Lenny. *wipes away single tear* The show will never be the same again. *sigh* Twelve years! Ah, and what a glorious twelve years it was.
In any case, today is graduation, which means absolutely nothing to me, as my suitcase and backpack are all ready in the car. I'm about to go do laundry, pack a little more on the go, and then I am off to my sister's. For four days. What does this mean? MAIA TIME! Oh, yes. I get to relax... have an internet connection outside of the university... and play with the cutest baby in the universe (under a year old, of course!). And have food. And enjoy life. Have I mentioned the cutest baby in the universe? Yep. And then it's off to Boston with me.
So far I only know one other grade, and it's from my favorite prof's class, and it's an A. Ha. Hahahahahahahaha. Haha. HA!
Ahem.
Oh, and the best news of the week: my mom is back! Safely! Yay!
Now I'm done. Off to be productive. In a non-academic sort of way.
