On...Bum! And Ireland. And happiness.

Yesterday was such a gorgeous day - I got to sit on top of a hill, overlooking the campus, under the sun, reading for my assignments, and it was really interesting reading, too, and it was just...ah, life was good. And then I got to go and buy food. And THEN, I got to actually EAT that food (my stomach was grateful, and my taste buds rejoiced, as well). And THEN - I got to run off and meet stereo_m. I can't believe she had that sign. Heh. But seeing "Voldeobum" on her bag really freakin' helped. We still don't know how we could have missed each other at the airport - she even had her Gryffindor scarf tied around her head! And I had the "Swedish Bum" sign in my hands, and was pacing back and forth. The fates must have been working against us, I tell you. There's no other explanation.

But it was great - we sat and had tea in a place almost across from where the GALs and I had our breakfast that one lovely day and we talked. And plotted. And talked some more. And, er, plotted. With incriminating pictures. And she had a surprise for me - and it ROX. Someday soon you'll all know why, but yeah. She's awesome. (And so cute! (Like I told arborealis - look at that face (:D) and add dimples to it.) And she'll be here for a while!

And, awesome news - jadis31 finally - FINALLY - got her new computer hooked up, so she is back online. Thank god, it was way too long. And now the trip is almost here, less than two weeks, she'll be here, and GAH, it's all way too exciting and happy. Ireland. Ireland here we COME. But before then, I have a shitload of work to do, so I shall go and do that now.

And yes, like croupier said - all the influx of visitors here is just wonderful. I'm loving it. Obviously.

Oh! And that's a new icon. I said "bye bye" to Mr. Wilde for now, but he'll be back eventually. And yes, more of Marta's art. Ah...so pwetty...
