I'm still amused by SGA. It's not a great show, but it's such a fun show. I don't expect "Slings & Arrows" out of every TV experience, but if it entertains me? And makes me laugh? Bring it the fuck on. I need a few laughs right about now.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite SGA moments ever. It's the Amazing Flying Sheppard! As Teyla whacks him on the ass with a really big stick. And you KNOW he yelped a little as he grabbed for the assets.

Glee.

So, Tom won a bottle of Sparkling White Wine in the Yankee Swap, and graciously gave it to me. CLASSY. I'm so excited about drinking it tonight as I pack for PA. Ha. Wicked. Fucking. Classy. *wins*

Okay. So, a couple of days ago, having nearly OD'd on SGA, mayatawi asked how it's possible that somebody out there thought it'd be a Really Good Idea to have Joe Flanigan, the man whose face never stops moving in the oddest of expressions, be a lead on a show. (The answer, of course, is that he is so blindingly PRETTY, it's easy to overlook his dorkiness. Almost.)
