Mmm, I love it when slush freezes overnight all over the sidewalks. Mmmmm. I'm just grateful for my traction-friendly Docs. Thank you, boots, for saving my ass from the ice on two occasions involving arm-flailing that had nothing to do with fangirling.

So, I realized that I tend to wake up with two songs playing in my head, and they each bleed into each other kind of seamlessly - so seamlessly, I hardly ever notice, unless I'm paying close attention. This morning it was the Manics and The John Butler Trio. Weird, but it worked. Now I've added a third. It's weird, ok?

And, speaking of the Manics, whenever I don't listen to them for a while, and then come back, it always makes me so damn happy. Just hearing James's beautiful voice makes the day better. (And I'm rather obsessed with "Black Holes for the Young". Is that weird?)

Work is...well. Somebody, entertain me? Please? I know I ask this a lot, but I'm really sort of...well, extremely bored right now, and that happens a lot here. Today is one of those days where I Try Not To Read Porn At Work, Because I'm Paranoid, so I'm extra bored, because most of DS fics are pornish, which is something I do not mind one bit, but also, it kind of leaves one with not much to do.
